On Rita road in Tirumala is where SMGH parking is. This facility has a lot of space for you to park your car. It is also very easy to get to, as the Tirupati Balaji temple is only 450 metres away from the SMGH car parking. Since they are so close, you can walk between the parking lot and the temple in 5–10 minutes. This parking spot is also close to the NRI gate of the temple, which is great for NRI tourists.
SMC Car Parking (Sinku Mitta Cottage):
The building where people wait in line at the Tirupati Balaji temple in Tirumala is called the Sinku Mitta cottage, and it has its own parking spot. This parking lot has enough room for 400 cars. Also, since SMC parking is a free service, you won’t have to pay anything to park here. The parking spot is also not too far from the entrance to the temple—200 metres, to be exact. Still, the parking space isn’t paved, and when it rains, it gets a little muddy and messy. But that’s not a big deal for a free parking spot right next to the temple.

Tirumala Car Parking:
The Tirumala parking spot is the next one on our list. It is in Balaji Nagar, which is in Tirumala, and is only 700 metres from the temple gate. Without a doubt, we will say that it is the best place to park near the shrine. It’s free for devotees to park their cars there, and the parking area is well-kept and safe. Even though it’s not the closest to the temple gates, a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the temple isn’t too bad.

If you think 700 metres is too far to walk, we also have TTD & VIP car parking on our list of places to park in Tirumala. Around Sannidhi Street in Tirumala town, the TTD and VIP parking lots are only 300 metres from the temple grounds. It is a well-paved, open parking lot that is taken care of by both TTD and ATC. It is often called ATC car parking. It is the parking space that Tirumala Tirupati Devsthanam, which is an ATC project, offers. From here, you can also walk to the VIP entrance gates of the temple, so it also has a spot for VIPs to park their cars.
