The Slotted Sarva Darshan was designed to alleviate congestion in the compartments and cut down on the amount of time spent waiting. As the Sri Venkateswara Temple receives between 60,000 and 80,000 visitors on a daily basis, the TTD has implemented effective procedures of darshan in order to accommodate the large number of pilgrims that come to Tirumala.

Sarva Darshan is the name given to the free darshan that takes place as pilgrims wait in the compartments of Vaikuntham Queue Complex II for their time to obtain a sight of the Lord. Sarvadarsanam means ‘darshan for everyone’. The times for the meditation practice known as Sarvadarsanam varies depending on the day of the week. About the times, do see the weekly temple schedule for further information.

On average, the Sarvadarsanam will be open for around 18 hours every day, but on busier days, it will be open for 20 hours. This darshan may be accessed via the Vaikuntam Queue Complex in order to begin the process. The structure consists of a number of interconnected hallways that ultimately lead to the main temple. The pilgrims’ progression through the Queue Complex and toward the main temple is managed in an orderly way thanks to an effective queuing system. The hallways throughout the Queue Complex are immaculate, and they have enough space and fresh air.
