  1.  All letters of recommendation from Members of Legislative Assembly, Members of Parliament, ministers, senior Cadre Officials, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam employees, and the like should be sent to the attention of the Executive Office or the Joint-Executive Officer at the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.
