Chaitra Amavasya’s Significance in Hindu Culture

This year’s Chaitra Amavasya will occur on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. It is a highly auspicious and significant day, so spiritual rituals and healing are performed on this day. Sankatahara Chavithi, a monthly fast dedicated to Lord Ganesh, will take place on April 9, 2023, when the moon rises at 10:10 p.m. (Indian standard time).
