The Srinivasa Mangapuram temple is an old Hindu Vaishnavite temple in Srinivasa mangapuram, which is 12 km from Tirupati in India’s Chittoor District. Lord Sri Venkateswara was on his way to Tirumala after getting married to Padmavathi Devi at Narayanavanam. On the way, he stopped here to see Agasthiya Maharshi. People say that Maharshi asked Lord Venkateswara to stay here for six months. So, Lord Venkateswara stayed here for six months. After that, he took the Srivari mettu route to get to Tirumala. Because of this, this temple was just as important as Tirumala.

Since Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy stayed here for a while and the idol is worshipped as Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy, this place is thought to be the best for a newlywed couple.
