The features of this Badami Chalukyan-style temple, which can be found to the east of the Nallamala forest range, are the Pushkarini and the tower that is positioned over the Garbha gruha. In addition, there are other structures at the temple that are designed in the Vijayanagara style. Because it has two hollows like a natural rock formation, the Linga that presides over the holiest of holies is unlike any other Linga that exists.
The holy tank of the Rudragundam temple, known as the Pushkarini, has a footprint that is sixty square feet in size and is located in the middle of a Mandapa.
