Guruvayur Temple’s Thulabharam:

Offering one’s weight in water, coconut, butter, sugar, fruits, copper, silver, gold, or any other object is a common pledge made by devotees. The devaswom will provide the majority of these items. There is no need for previous reservations, but for items like flowers, which may not be readily accessible, the Devaswom should be notified at least a day in advance, and the devotee should provide them.
