The TTD owns and runs all of the rooms and rest homes in Tirumala. Pilgrims help build the guesthouses by giving money, so the TTD is the only owner of the buildings. There are no privately owned homes or land in Tirumala. So, there are no private places for pilgrims to stay at Tirumala. Pilgrims can’t book rooms anywhere else but on the TTD website.

TTD makes sure that pilgrims who visit Tirumala have a good time by giving the most expensive cottages to those who can afford them and giving free cottages to those who can’t. Tirumala Tirumala Devasthanam now lets people book hotels in Tirumala online.

Pilgrims need to call the Central Reservation Office in order to get free cottages at Tirumala (CRO). The TTD lets people stay at Choultries for free. Pilgrims can also use the free lockers that come with the cottages.

Online Procedure for Booking Private Rooms in Tirumala:

1. Use the email address and password you used to sign up for ttdsevaonline.com to get in.
2. After you log in, go to the next page and choose Accommodation. Click on Seva Date and then on Check Availability to see if there are any rooms available on that date. If there are rooms available, fill in the Check In-Time Slot Accommodation Date Accommodation Type fields, and then click CONTINUE. (Check In-Time Slots from 00:00 to 12:00 and from 12:01 to 23:59)
3. On the next page, enter your age, choose your state, CHOOSE to upload your scanned photo, and click “Continue” after checking the box that says “I agree to the terms and conditions.”
4. You will be given an Accommodation Transaction ID on the next page. Please keep this ID for future use. Before clicking PROCEED TO PAYMENT, in the Payment Options, choose the Bank from Payment Gateway and your payment method from Payment Mode.
5. On the next page, choose your Banker’s Payment Gateway Process from the four options. Then, enter your Card Number, Expiration Date of Credit/Debit Card, Card Security Code (CVV), and click NEXT to finish the payment process.
6. When the Payment Gateway Process is finished and goes well.
7. A confirmation email is sent to your email address, and a confirmation ticket and booking number are made. receipt to read and print the e-accommodation ticket receipt that was made.
8. Have a very happy and blessed Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy Darshan and blessings. Print out two copies of the Accommodation Ticket and read the directions carefully.
