Ashtadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva Tirumala:
Ashtadala Pada Padmaradhana is a weekly Seva done at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam for Lord Venkateswara Swamy every Tuesday. The Ashtadala Pada Padmaradhana ceremony was introduced in 1984 for Lord Venkateswara during Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Golden Jubilee year.
Once the second bell is finished, this Seva will begin when a Muslim Devotee donates 108 gold lotuses, each weighing about 23 grammes, to Lord Venkateswara. After then, it was known as Arjitha Seva. Arjitha devotees who paid for the Seva are permitted to enter the Mandapam and sit between Bangaru Vakili and Kulasekharappadi.
Archakas begin the Puja by offering Lord Venkateswara Dhupa (Aarti Stick) and Dipa (Light the Lamp). The Priests recite the Dwadasa names of the God, and each name is also presented by a gold lotus at his feet. The Archana is then performed for Lord Venkateswara and his consorts, Goddess Sri Devi and Bhu Devi. Finally, Aarti is offered to the Supreme Deity.
Arjitha Devotees are given Vastra Bahumanam (upper cloth) as well as Sathari and Prasadam, which includes two large Laddus and two vadas.
